The following incidents have been reported to the Consortium and are published in accordance with CRTT Transparency Directive 2033-04. Certain details have been redacted pursuant to CRTT Security Protocol 7 and/or to prevent secondary paradox exposure.

CRTT-I-2033-017 2033-09-14 KS-2 Authorized forward displacement. Traveler returned with knowledge of ████████████████ and shared it with ██████. Information Quarantine Board notified. Knowledge contained. No further action required.
CRTT-I-2034-003 2034-01-22 KS-4 Recursive displacement in violation of Advisory 2034-09. Traveler encountered prior instance of self. Interaction lasted approximately ██ minutes. Both instances reported the conversation as "awkward." Paradox Risk Assessment: Moderate. No causal loop detected. Traveler issued a formal warning.
CRTT-I-2032-044 2032-11-03 KS-1 Observational displacement. Traveler was detected by a contemporary inhabitant (a child, age ██). Child reported sighting. Child was not believed. No violation under CRTT-210.3. Incident logged for completeness.

CRTT-I-2033-008 2033-06-19 KS-3 Authorized reverse displacement to 1923. Traveler inadvertently left a ████████ at the displacement site. CRTT-I-2034-011 2034-08-07 KS-0 Authorized forward displacement. No incidents. No footprint. Traveler described the experience as "underwhelming." Logged for completeness.
CRTT-I-2035-009 [REDACTED] KS-5 ████ displaced to ██████████ in violation of CRTT-200. Traveler ████████████████ resulting in ████ which was ████████████████████████████████. Timeline footprint: Ongoing. Corrective Action Plan submitted. Under review.
CRTT-I-2033-029 2033-04-02 KS-2 PRA conducted by practitioner whose certification had lapsed by 11 days. The assessment itself was methodologically sound and no incident resulted from the operation. Compliance violation identified during annual audit. Member self-reported upon review of records. Certification renewed retroactively per TAGT Article 12.4. This created administrative complications the Audit Committee is still discussing.

The colleague did not act on the information and subsequently forgot it entirely. Information Quarantine Board determined no containment action was required. Traveler reminded of CRTT-201.14 provisions. Incident logged.

This incident predates the Consortium's formal establishment but falls within its operational timeline per TAGT Article 12.4. Classification: Foundational. No further comment.
